Welcome to Dumbbells At Home- a new 8 week program specifically designed to build lean muscle and burn fat from the comfort of your home. The only equipment you will need is dumbbells and resistance bands. You will complete 4 workouts each week- 2 lower body and 2 upper body. Each workout is about 30 minutes long. That is all you need! This program is completely focused on building strength, and you won't find any cardio here. Feel free to do this as a standalone program, or incorporate it into your running/walking schedule to make it hybrid.

It depends on the program! Many programs can be done at home with just dumbbells and resistance bands. Other programs are programmed with exercises using basic gym machines.
